The Loft at 8th Ave is a modern, industrial space located in SE Portland. The various spaces within the loft are a perfect fit for large corporate events, nonprofit fundraising, galas and private events. If you’re looking for an intimate private dining space, ask about our tasting rooms and foyer.
The Annex includes natural wood, exposed-strut ceilings, polished cement floors, clean white walls and built-in AV booth and bar. The space has an expanse of retractable doors that seamlessly open to our Green Space.
The Exchange Ballroom is a perfect blend of contemporary design with historic character and boasts amazing views of downtown Portland. The venue embodies the Portland vibe with a clean and modern aesthetic; a perfect blank canvas to do what you want in terms of décor, color, lighting and theme to create a stunning event. Located in the Eastside Industrial district, the Exchange Ballroom is centrally located with easy access for both driving and/or public transport.
